Enclosed is an update on Reno Foreclosures Reno bank owned homes around the greater Reno Nevada area;  I am trying this site, be carefull not to pay, I can get you information for free.  If you get lost (on hot pad site), hit the back button or just google Ron Bell Realtor.  Inventory is stable, it is a bankers market with multiple offers.  I am calling for a retest of the lows between 11/15/09 and 3/15/10.  After that it should be fairly stable (under $250,000.)  Here is the link:
